REPROZYME CE MANUAL Enzymatic Instrument and Equipment Cleaner is a multi-enzyme detergent concentrate which dissolves and removes proteinaceous and organic material (blood, saliva, mucus, etc) from the surfaces of instruments and equipment. REPROZYME CE MANUAL is non-foaming (designed as a pre-autoclave or automated system cleaner) and non-corrosive (safe on all metals, plastics, rubbers, etc) It is intended to be used on Instruments,
Endoscopes, Aspirators, Ultrasonic Equipment, Blood and body fluid contact equipment and Re-processing machines.

The special multiple enzyme chemistry keeps environmental pollution to a low level Waste product arising from the use of REPROZYME CE MANUAL emerges at close to neutral pH and is readily biodegradable REPROZYME CE MANUAL is not a classified irritant (please read msds before using product) Alcohol and preservatives make up the balance in demineralised water to ensure shelf life and free flowing of the complete formulation

Use in low temperature instrument washing machines (Dosages may vary and be subject to trial and manufacturer's recommendation)

USE OF REPROZYME MANUAL IN MACHINES AND TANKS
A typical cycle for a single chamber automatic machine might be: a small brush (e.g. on dental burrs)
Pre-cleanse/rinse with cold water 1-3 mins
Cold water in heat to 40 deg C (or approx)
REPROZYME CE MANUAL added at 1% solution
Cleansing temperature around 40-50 deg C - contact time approx 5 mins
Intermediate rinse (optional)
Final rinse with water of suitable quality
Heat disinfect for 5-10 mins at 90oC + or chemical sterilisation
Use in Ultrasonic Chambers
A typical application in ultrasonics might be:

Thoroughly pre-cleanse by rinsing under running water and agitating the surface with
Shake off residual water
Immerse in a 2% solution of REPROZYME CE MANUAL in tap water
Soak for 5 minutes
Do not exceed 40 deg C
Remove, rinse and dry prior to autoclave or chemical sterilisation
As a soak solution in non-ultrasonic tank
Follow directions for ultrasonic use up to and including preparation of 2%
Soak for 10 minutes
Remove, rinse and dry prior to autoclave or chemical sterilisation

Refrigerated items will be sent by carrier or express delivery at a cost of £7.50, with coolpacks, unless you pay for a premium for a refrigerated delivery. We will contact you prior to despatch for your instructions.
