Prescription required – how to order

1. Place your order on the website
Prescription medicines cannot be supplied without a valid prescription.

2. Send your prescription

• Animal prescriptions including human medications prescribed for animals (Not controlled drug prescriptions where the original must be posted to us): upload via our prescription upload page (please do not re-upload a repeat prescription that we already hold on file)

• Controlled drugs: send the original prescription by post Hyperdrug, Station Bank, Middleton In Teesdale, Barnard Castle, DL12 0NG

3. Check your prescription is valid

• Must be less than 3 months old

  • OR over 3 months old and must not have been fully used, we will need to contact you to verify older prescriptions with you prior to dispensing.

• We dispense private and veterinary prescriptions only – NHS prescriptions are not accepted.
