CoseIcure Sheep Bolus
Supplies ionic copper, ionic cobalt, selenium and iodine at levels compatible with the animal’s daily requirements for up to eight months.
For sheep suffering from iodine deficiency, Bimeda offer CoseIcure boluses, which offer all the benefits of the Cosecure boluses, while simultaneously supplementing iodine.
Low iodine can lead to issues such as poor growth rates and lower than expected milk yield.

Dosage & Administration
- Administer one Cosecure or CoseIcure bolus for sheep weighing over 25kg live weight.
- For ruminating lambs weighing under 25kg and over 6 weeks of age, consider Cosecure Lamb boluses.
Preparation: Remove boluses from the foil pack, ensuring they reach room temperature (15-20oC) before use. Sudden temperature changes may cause fine cracks, affecting bolus activity.
Loading the Applicator: Insert the bolus fully into the applicator head until the push rod engages.
Application: Place the bolus end of the applicator into the lamb's mouth, centering it to the back of the tongue. Squeeze the trigger for easy bolus release. Adjust the gun position if resistance is felt.
Top Tip: Prevent the bolus from falling out by ensuring the flat edge aligns with the ridged edge in the applicator.
Ensure Swallowing: Confirm that the animal swallows the bolus effortlessly. If the reflex is not prompt, adjust your technique to position the bolus correctly at the back of the tongue.

Postcodes outside of Zone 1 (including some areas within mainland UK) may incur extra carriage charges due to surcharges imposed by the couriers. These will be calculated on the website at the checkout.
NB: Orders placed with faster delivery must be placed before 13:00 to ensure same day dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please also check on the product page that the items ordered show 'In Stock' otherwise your order will be delayed until the stock becomes available, which in most cases will only be 24hrs.
