Beaphar WORMclear Worming Tablets for Dogs

Description:

Beaphar WORMclear Tablets work swiftly to exterminate all common intestinal worms found in UK dogs, such as roundworms, whipworms, hookworms, and tapeworms. This veterinary medicine, which is available without prescription, boasts ingredients like pyrantel embonate, praziquantel, and febantel. Formulated as pork-flavoured tablets, they can be administered with or without food, making them a palatable option for your pet.

These tablets are suitable for both dogs and puppies as young as 2 weeks old and weighing over 3kg. Nursing dogs can also benefit from this treatment. Regular flea treatments, like Beaphar FIPROtec Spot-On or Beaphar FIPROtec COMBO, are recommended in conjunction with this wormer since fleas can transmit tapeworm eggs. This dual approach ensures that your dog remains protected from the risk of reinfestation.

Key Benefits:

- Kills all common intestinal worms prevalent in UK dogs.
- Veterinary-grade formulation available without a prescription.
- Tasty pork-flavoured tablets.
- Comprehensive control against sources of intestinal worms, from infected fleas to scavenging infected rodents.

Instructions:

Always read the product leaflet and packaging thoroughly before use. The tablets should remain in their foil packaging until you're ready to administer them. Weigh your dog to determine the correct dosage:

  • 3–5kg: ½ tablet
  • 5–10kg: 1 tablet
  • 10–15kg: 1½ tablets
  • 15–20kg: 2 tablets
  • 20–25kg: 2½ tablets
  • 25–30kg: 3 tablets
  • 30–35kg: 3½ tablets
  • 35–40kg: 4 tablets

These tablets can be given directly or concealed in food if necessary. Puppies should be treated at 2 weeks of age and then every two weeks until 12 weeks old. From there, treat every three months. Nursing dogs should be on the same schedule as their pups until weaning. In any case of overdose, contact your vet immediately.
