AHDA Animal Medicine Record Book.
The animal medicine record book is a A5 size glossy weatherproof covered 52 page booklet. The 12 double page record keeping pages capture all the essential information required to meet legal obligations as well as manually holding at-a-glance tracking data of your usage by animal or animal group treated.
The data captured on these pages are name of medicine, date of use, identity of animal(s) person administering the medicine, date treatment finished, date withdrawal period ends, length of withdrawal period, quantity of medicine used, batch number and source of medicine.
There are additional pages to record animal mortality and for animal medicine disposal, if not being used for animals, and also your record of purchases including the medicine expiry date.
There is sufficient room for over a year's records to be kept and considerably longer for small livestock enterprises.
