Veloxa XL Forte Chewable Tablets for Larger Dogs
These palatable chewable tablets can be easily hidden in food or given directly. Some dogs may even accept them as a treat. They can be halved for dosages suitable for dogs weighing 17.5kg or can be given as 1 full tablet for dogs weighing 35kg.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
- Febantel: 525.0 mg
- Pyrantel: 175.0 mg
- Praziquantel: 175.0 mg
Usage
Intended for the treatment of mixed infections by various roundworms and tapeworms in dogs weighing over 17.5 kg.
Dosing Chart
17.5kg - 1/2 tablet
>17.5kg to 35kg - 1 tablet
>35kg to 52.5kg - 1 ½ tablets
>52.5kg to 70kg - 2 tablets
Precautions
- Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to any ingredients.
- For animals weighing less than 17.5kg, use the chewable tablet recommended for smaller dogs.
- Ensure that the tablets are stored out of reach of animals.
- Do not use concurrently with piperazine.
- In case of accidental ingestion by humans, seek immediate medical advice.
Veloxa Chewable Dog Wormer is also available as 1 worming tablet per 10kg, can be halved.
