Description
DermalEase acts to support healthy, nourished and hydrated skin so that dogs and cats can enjoy a happy, healthy life.
DermalEase contains two key ingredients to provide dual-support for both layers of the skin:
Biosfeen®
A sphingolipid extract which is an important component naturally present in the waterproof lipid matrix of the epidermis, supporting a healthy skin barrier and normal skin hydration levels.
Dermial®
A hyaluronic acid based extract which supports the dermis, helping the skin to maintain normal structure, elasticity and hydration levels.
DermalEase Drops are available in a pack of 8 x 2ml pipettes.
Directions for Use
For external use only. Shake well before applying.
Press the cap down until a click is heard. Remove the cap and ensure that the nozzle of the pipette has been punctured. Squeeze the white lotion directly onto your dog or cat's skin, parting the fur if necessary.
Apply one pipette per week. For areas of the skin needing extra support, apply twice weekly. Continue use for 4-8 weeks or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.
Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, mouth and other sensitive areas. Once applied, prevent the animal from licking the application area until dry and allow a minimum of 48 hours until bathing.
Use for as long as considered necessary or as advised by your veterinary surgeon.
For larger areas, consider increasing the number of pipettes used or switching to DermalEase Mousse.

Most orders are despatched the same day and standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days from despatch. FAST Expedited options are available at extra cost - these usually arrive in 24-48hrs from dispatch but delays are possible during busy periods.
Postcodes outside of Zone 1 (including some areas within mainland UK) may incur extra carriage charges due to surcharges imposed by the couriers. These will be calculated on the website at the checkout.
NB: Orders placed with faster delivery must be placed before 13:00 to ensure same day dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please also check on the product page that the items ordered show 'In Stock' otherwise your order will be delayed until the stock becomes available, which in most cases will only be 24hrs.

- Refrigerated lines Packaging Cost: Despatched with Woolcool Refrigerated Packaging for £7.50.
- Receipt Required: Someone must be available to receive the delivery. Woolcool packaging is designed for temperature-controlled goods, so parcels cannot be left unattended.
- Immediate Refrigeration: Upon receipt, refrigerate the contents immediately to ensure your food or medicine remains at the correct temperature.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: We are not responsible for the cost of replacements if a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of someone to receive it.

*Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an "official recall".
