The steel ball pins are mounted on an air cushion to enhance your grooming action and reduce any excessive brushing force. Also the flexible head gives a more gentle brushing experience for you and your pet.
The ball pins help to brush out and minor knots and tangles, while the soft nylon bristles remove loose hair and stimulate natural oils that promote a shiny & healthy coat.
The soft grip handle shape gives comfort and control while grooming, helping both you and your pet enjoy the grooming session.

Directions For Use
Use gentle stroking actions to allow the ball pins to ease through any knots and tangles; removing any dead hair from your pet's coat. Then use the nylon bristles to help distribute your pet's natural oils through their coat, leaving the coat clean and healthy. Be gentle and careful at first until you are familiar with the action.
Use the Combi Brush as a weekly maintenance item after removing mass moulted hair with the Moult Master (ideal for all coat types except wool).
Once you have finished grooming your pet, rub a Mikki Grooming Wipe over their coat to give them a really glossy finish.

Most orders are despatched the same day and standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days from despatch. FAST Expedited options are available at extra cost - these usually arrive in 24-48hrs from dispatch but delays are possible during busy periods.
Postcodes outside of Zone 1 (including some areas within mainland UK) may incur extra carriage charges due to surcharges imposed by the couriers. These will be calculated on the website at the checkout.
NB: Orders placed with faster delivery must be placed before 13:00 to ensure same day dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please also check on the product page that the items ordered show 'In Stock' otherwise your order will be delayed until the stock becomes available, which in most cases will only be 24hrs.
